Drawing on military and civilian experience; this includes Military flying, off-shore oil and gas, Aviation safety management, operational experience in Afghanistan and other theatres, flying high tempo coast watch missions in the Timor Sea and leading surgical team in an elite hospital.
MARK CONNOLLY
Mark has over 30 years’ Service as a pilot with the Royal Australian Air Force, Royal Flying Doctor Service and the Ok Tedi Mine in PNG. Currently he is a maritime surveillance training captain with Australian Border Force. He's held significant leadership roles in military, commercial and oil and gas settings, including the delivery of safety culture enhancement projects in a variety of client industries.
A seasoned former army officer, Rowan has led teams on various global military operations as well as off-shore oil and gas facilities. He also managed in the delivery the highly acclaimed Invictus Games for Australia in 2018. Rowan knows how to lead and get the best out of his people and how to build and sustain high performing multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments.
Matt divides his time between Singapore and Sydney. He was a former Royal Australian Air Force pilot and flying instructor as well as training the Royal Saudi Air Force pilots for eight years as a contractor. In addition to oil and gas safety education he now consults in aviation safety management throughout the region as well as spending Summers in Antarctica.
Glen is a highly experienced healthcare executive qualified in adult and paediatric surgery and a military medical officer since 1981. As a former Director of Quality and Patient Safety he knows first-hand the value of systems thinking and the successful implementation of HRO characteristics required to keep patients safe.
